date to remit payment. After 30 days I agree to pay a late fee
of 1.5% of the total Invoice per month until payment is made.

of any problems I may have with closing, funding, etc.

to order the engineer's design on the above referenced transaction
from a Registered Professional Engineer. I also hereby guarantee
payment ($200) for such design, whether the
transaction closes or cancels.

ENGINEER'S DESIGN WILL NOT BE ORDERED UNTIL WE HAVE THIS SIGNED.**
We, V&V Footings LLC, have been contracted to install a
permanent manufactured home foundation or a retro-fit anchoring
system. We request that all existing utilities (septic tanks,
electrical wires, plumbing, water lines, etc.) be clearly marked
with spray paint or flags. V&V Footings will not be responsible
for any utilities or landscaping that may be damaged as a result
of our work.
Foundations: All reasonable efforts will be made to
ensure your property is not damaged during the installation
of your foundation. However, during times of heavy rainfall,
there may be ruts or indentations left in your yard or surrounding
areas. V&V Footings will not be responsible for any damage
due to the excessive weight of the concrete trucks. V&V
Footings will not be responsible for any loose soil washed out
due to rain following the installation of any work ordered.
Additionally, the land needs to have four (4) stakes to represent
the four corners of the home, the property needs to be level,
accessible, mowed, and free of any debris. *You
may be charged an extra fee if we arrive at the job site and
are unable to install the foundation due to these issues*
Retro-Fits: Please understand that if the skirting
is weathered, damaged or there are pieces missing, there is
a chance it will not pass FHA Inspections and may need to be
replaced. This will be the decision of the Inspector. Due to
State Regulations, there must be existing anchors already strapped
to the home in addition to those anchors we will be installing.
Please notify V & V Footings of any gates, fences or animals
that will prevent access to the property. *You may
be charged an extra fee if we arrive at the job site and are
unable to install the retro-fit due to these issues.*

**The total price is due upon completion
by V&V Footings, LLC. Any past due invoices shall bear interest
at the rate of one and one-half (1.5%) percent per month. Extra
trip fees will be charged if we have to make extra trips if
property is not ready and/or accessible. Person signing
as authorized signature is ultimately responsible for payment.
Foundations not to be loaded for a minimum of 5 days.
