Due
to recent FHA activity, the Retro-fit
systems have changed once again. As
you know, V&V introduced the exclusive
V-Lock Anchoring System at the beginning
of 2006. We are once again upgrading
and now the V-Lock Anchoring System
becomes the V-Lock Retro-fit Foundation
System. The V-Lock will be installed
at the four corners of the home as usual
along with hand dug piers and new blocking
under the home to give the customer
a full permanent concrete foundation
adding value to the home. V&V will
also be installing/refurbishing skirting
to meet FHA/HUD guidelines. Please see
“FHA Policies.”
Each home will now need to be visually
inspected by V&V before a written
estimate will be given. Estimate Inspections
are $200 and must be paid before or
at the time of inspection. At the time
of Invoicing after installation is complete,
$100 of the inspection fee will be credited
back to the customer. We do accept MasterCard,
Visa & Discover.
