FHA Paperwork Needed
Runner Foundation for New Homes. Runners are approx. 12" wide X 12" deep and are on 8’ centers extending to the edge of the home. Options listed below are in addition to our standard foundation.
  Runners on 6 foot centers
  Modular Foundation width 6' centers and Extended Runners
  Outside Perimeter for brick ledge, etc.

Pier Hole Foundation. Prices are the same as runners. The I-Beam Schematics of the home must be obtained.

Retro-Fit Anchoring System for Existing Homes:
  I am requesting an Initial Inspection {$200 paid in advance} to see if my home has a foundation or if I may need retro-fitting. No official certificate to be issued.
  I have already had my home inspected by V&V or an engineer, have received and accepted an estimate and need to speak with someone about scheduling.
  I know that my existing manufactured home has an FHA approved foundation and I need an Engineer’s Letter of Certification.{$325 paid in advance}

Initial Home Inspection by Engineer.
This inspection is to determine weather an existing home has an FHA approved foundation or if a retro-fit is required to comply with FHA standards. The inspections will also cover skirting, drainage, and other FHA compliance issues. This inspection MUST be paid for in advance. V&V Footings, LLC is not responsible for the outcome of this inspection.

Billing Instructions
Invoicing will not be done until work is completed!
A copy of the Invoice will be sent to the Title Company. All Invoices are Net 30 and are NOT CONTINGENT upon closings, funding, or any problems that the customer has during these processes. Nor are they contingent on any payment from a third party. A late fee of 1.5% of the Invoice amount will be added for each month beginning 30 days from the Invoice date.
